Scam Alert

There has been a surge in phishing scams impersonating the hotel and targeting victims through Whatsapp.

In this scam, guests will receive a Whatsapp message from someone claiming to be an ambassador at the hotel. They would then proceed to ask for personal information using the means of a survey.

Please note that ambassadors at Sofitel Singapore City Centre will not ask you to complete a survey over unofficial channels like Whatsapp. If you do receive messages as such, please ignore the message, report and block the sender.
