Afternoon tea begins with savoury elements headlined by an Oriental-style Smoked Duck in Pie Tee for a well-loved local interpretation. Expect a variety of gourmet treats including a Baked Mushroom Parmesan Mornay, as well as a Sambal Salmon Roll with Caviar and Fresh Herbs that will tantalise your taste buds.
No afternoon tea would be complete without a variety of sweets, and Executive Pastry Chef Sam Leong has designed a dance of flavours and textures to entertain the palate. Stellar options include the Sofitel Portuguese Egg Tart and Durian Choux Pastry with Vanilla.
Enjoy both a Pandan Coconut Scone and plain scone accompanied with a side of clotted cream and Bonne Maman marmalade. The dessert selection is replete with chef’s choice of assorted macarons and bonbons.
Sip on a selection of 13 blends of grand cru coffee by Nespresso prepared to preference, or TWG Teas including the hotel’s exclusive Singapour Je T’aime tea blend.
