Afternoon tea begins with savoury elements, headlined by a truffle–infused creation featuring Truffle Egg Mayo Sandwich. Expect a variety of gourmet treats including Stuffed Camembert Cheese and House-cured Salmon Tartare on Buckwheat Blinis that will tantalise your taste buds.
No afternoon tea would be complete without a variety of sweets, and Executive Pastry Chef Sam Leong has designed a dance of flavours and textures to entertain the palate. Chocolate aficionados will fall in love with Jivara Raspberry Tart, the brilliant blend of chocolatey notes and zesty flavours of raspberry delivers a harmonious flavours A bittersweet pairing of matcha and azuki bean finds harmony in a delightful genoise.
Scones are served classic accompanied with a side of clotted cream and Bonne Maman marmalade. The dessert selection is replete with chef’s choice of assorted macarons and bonbons.
Sip on a selection of 13 blends of grand cru coffee by Nespresso prepared to preference, or TWG Teas including the hotel’s exclusive Singapour Je T’aime tea blend. Guests may also opt for a beverage upgrade to handcrafted cocktails or champagne for $20++ or $36++ respectively.
