No afternoon tea would be complete without a variety of sweets, and Executive Pastry Chef Sam Leong has designed a dance of flavours and textures to entertain the palate. Chocolate aficionados will fall in love with the decadent Dark Chocolate Tart with Hazelnut Chantilly, where the brilliant blend of chocolatey notes delivers harmonious flavours. Other stellar options include the Peanut Butter Financier with Ganache, Taro-stuffed Sweet Potato Mochi and Nespresso Coffee Verrine.
Enjoy both an Earl Grey Scone served with dried fruits and a plain scone accompanied with a side of clotted cream and Bonne Maman marmalade. The dessert selection is replete with chef’s choice of assorted macarons and bonbons.
