BOUQUET MAGNIFIQUE MEETS GASTRONOMIE – 27 to 29 March 2018

Sofitel Singapore City Centre is holding a delightful multi-sensory experience featuring artist-in-residence Arianna Caroli.

Bouquet Magnifique Meets Gastronomie exemplifes Sofitel’s brand pillars of design, culture, gastronomy, and well-being through the work of acclaimed painter and fashion designer, Arianna Caroli, and the hotel’s culinary team. Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s signature botanical motif will feature prominently in the art, fashion, and food on display.

EXHIBITION AND WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS

Visitors and guests will have the opportunity to dive into the creative process of the the iconic Arianna Caroli to learn valuable tips on visual art and fashion. Floral art inspired activities are also available for a more hands-on experience.

There will be live demonstrations of dessert decoration by Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois and the Racines culinary team. Mixologists from 1864 will also be on hand to enlighten guests on the art of barrel–aging and bouquet inspired cocktails.

The exhibition and engaging workshops are open to the public, and will be held from Tuesday, 27 March to Thursday, 29 March, at Sofitel Singapore City Centre level 5. Workshops will be held in two sessions daily: 11:30am to 2:00pm and 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
