Racines presents a new à la carte menu showcasing French’s and Singapore’s unique gastronomic heritage. Available for lunch dinner daily, the new menu features a line-up of tempting appetisers, main courses and desserts paying homage to Executive Chef Eric Seow’s wealth of culinary experience.
The highlights of the new menu are the chef’s signatures. Take for instance, the Duck Parmentier, which is given a fancy makeover with the use of confit duck leg, foie gras, and duck rillettes. The signature Prawn Noodles is yet another labour of love, featuring succulent tiger prawns, braised pork ribs and yellow noodles, topped with fresh bean sprouts and vegetables, in an umami-rich prawn broth.
Also new on the menu are a number of items that are sourced through the highest standards in sustainability. The Black Cod is procured from a Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified fishery with responsible fishing practices while the Garden Salad, supports the local farming community and features homegrown vegetables that are ultra-fresh, pesticide-free and packed with vitamins.
