Racines invites diners for lively 5-course dinner to usher in the New Year complete with live musical performances and champagne on arrival for a celebratory toast. Begin the night of festivities with chargrilled langoustine coated in tangy lemon butter followed by Executive Chef Jean-Charles’ signature pan-fried foie gras with fig marmalade. End the year proper with a beautiful cut of chargrilled Wagyu beef striploin with a light drizzle of aromatic gingerbread spice jus.
