Tuck into great value with Racines’ magnifique set dinner menu for the month of December, featuring festive French dishes by Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois alongside refined Chinese delicacies by Master Chef Andrew Chong.
Menu highlights include a trio of pumpkin veloute with poached egg, pan-seared Greek sea bass, and grilled Wagyu flank steak served with sautéed Swiss chard. For dessert, treat yourself to a slice of Noël de Luxe, Racines’ very own Yuletide Ivory Chocolate Caramel cake.
