APRIL SET LUNCH MENU – RACINES

Tuck into great value with Racines’ magnifique set lunch menu for the month of April, featuring French dishes by Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois alongside refined Chinese delicacies by Master Chef Andrew Chong.
 
Menu highlights include spicy hamachi tartare, a tangy butter monte lemon sole fillet, and sticky date pudding with kumquat compote as a sweet ending.
