Tuck into great value with Racines’ magnifique set lunch menu for the month of September, featuring authentic French dishes by Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois alongside refined Chinese delicacies by Master Chef Andrew Chong.
Menu highlights include marinated crab meat served with lime gelee, seafood bouillon infused with Chinese celery and cognac, steamed local-farmed barramundi, and char-grilled Angus beef. For dessert, treat yourself to a light durian pudding handcrafted by Executive Pastry Chef Sam Leong.
