Tuck into great value with Racines’ magnifique set lunch menu for the month of June, featuring authentic French dishes by Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois alongside refined Chinese delicacies by Master Chef Andrew Chong.
Menu highlights include a sumptuous Chinese Caramalised Honey Pork Jowl, a delightful Steamed Halibut Fillet with Fennel Salad and Shellfish Consomme, and for dessert, diners will be treated to an exquisite Marmalade of Fraiser Tart.
