DECEMBER SET LUNCH MENU – RACINES

Tuck into great value with Racines’ magnifique set lunch menu for the month of December, featuring festive French dishes by Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois alongside refined Chinese delicacies by Master Chef Andrew Chong.
 
Menu highlights include steamed foie gras and chicken liver pâté, a Nyonya-style roulade of slow-cooked turkey, and grilled Wagyu flank steak served with sautéed Swiss chard. For dessert, treat yourself to a slice of Noël de Luxe, Racines’ very own Yuletide Ivory Chocolate Caramel cake.
