August Set Menu


In commemoration of Singapore’s 54th National Day, Racines has curated a uniquely Singaporean menu for set lunch and degustation dinner throughout August.
For appetisers, diners may sip on a nourishing seafood treasure soup with fish maw or crunch into pan-fried chilli crab croquettes. Mains selections include Teochew-style prawns wok-fried in Chinese wine and served atop a bed of noodles and chives, as well as Executive Chinese Chef Andrew Chong’s signature seafood laksa with spicy coconut broth, pan-seared Hokkaido scallops and fried rock lobster. As a sweet ending, tuck into authentic Kueh Tutu or baked profiteroles with Nyonya-style durian pengat served alongside homemade vanilla ice cream.
