An evening in Southern France with Mas de Daumas Gassac
The third instalment of Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s Wine & Dine dinner pairing program presents a meticulously crafted 4-course menu that celebrates the diverse flavours of France, with each dish thoughtfully paired with select Gassac blends, often referred to as the esteemed Grand Cru of the Midi.
Preserving the natural beauty of the Gassac Valley, the estate benefits from the surrounding Mediterranean shrubs of rosemary, thyme, lavender, wild mint; its cool microclimate and several natural springs which contributes to the wines’ nuanced flavours and aromas. With the carefully-curated French menu, guests can anticipate an extraordinary dining experience that celebrates the richness and heritage of French wine culture.
