An Extravagant Mother's Day Feast

It’s time to pamper mom and for her big day, let her feast to her heart’s desire. Treat the special woman in your life to an unforgettable brunch experience with a vast selection of seafood, succulent meats and tantalising desserts. To further mark the occasion, each Mother enjoys a bowl of Hashima Chrysanthemum Goji Berry Ginseng Cold Soup.

Highlights include Lobsters, Oysters, Spanner Crabs from the Ice Atelier, Chef’s selection of sashimi, Chargrilled Lobster Live Station, Live Carving of a Tomahawk, and in the Local section, Steamed Tiger Grouper with Supreme Soy Sauce, Deep Fried Prawns with Salted Egg, Shrimp Paste Fried Rice topped with Crispy Silverfish. End on a sweet note with a spread of over 17 types of desserts. 

While adults savour their meals in tranquillity, children can revel in the excitement of a bouncy castle located in a nearby function space from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. All children aged 12 years old and below are encouraged to be accompanied by an adult. Grip socks are advised.
